I gathered cotton canvas tote bags and mixed fabric dye to create a golden yellow color. I dip dyed each bag to create an ombré effect with each tote saturated in color at the bottom. I created a design for the bags on Procreate on my iPad. I made a vinyl cut-out of the design using my Cricut and attached it to a mesh screen for screen-printing. Each bag is unique with hand-crafted character.
Bennett, Bodine & Waters is a law office in Shawnee, Kansas. I had the opportunity to create a new visual identity for them. I presented the client multiple logo mockups and helped narrow it down to a simple wordmark and icon with their initials for a professional, yet modern and sustainable logo. I enjoyed the challenge of experimenting with typography to find the right combination for their desired aesthetic.

I have been playing around with my handwriting and lettering since I was a kid. If I would see a unique letter form from a font or I would practice replicating it for my own style. To this day, I love finding new ways to create my lettering. I create most of my lettering digital with my iPad and Apple Pencil.
Mexigo is a taco truck rooted in serving bilingual communities. I developed the visual identity for Mexigo for multiple platforms from print to packaging to a bilingual mobile app. This project challenged me to dive into multiple areas of design, and learn more about UI/UX design.
Deliverables: logo design, food truck design, interactive mobile app, food packaging, menu design, and apparel.
The Mexigo app was created for Mexigo, a traveling taco truck to share its location, menu and other information with its bilingual customers.
Scraps KC is a non-profit creative re-use store located in the West Bottoms. I worked with Scraps KC to create a visual brand for their new storefront.
The icon in the logo is a light bulb with a trashcan as its base. The concept comes from the idea of "creating ideas out of trash." One of the store's missions is give new purpose to material that would normally be thrown away to use for creative projects or education.

Mini Moscato is a glass-sized bottle of Moscato designed for the modern connoisseur of wine, but does not want to drink a whole bottle.
Project details: Inspired by the cute little bottles of wine at the liquor store, I designed a new label with a clean, geometric and retro design.
Working in screen print design, I have had the opportunity to create some original designs for collegiate and pro sports apparel. I love the endless possibilities of what I can create to put on a garment.
Wanting a special Christmas gift for my difficult-to-buy-for grandparents, I decided to illustrate and create a family tree of our growing family.
My grandparents mean a lot to me, they have rooted our family in so many family traditions that I will hold onto forever. They also supported me in my education and generously helped me through college. I wanted to create something that they could see why I devoted my education in the graphic design field.
While I put a lot of love into this project, I quickly realized the task I gave myself in creating individual illustrated icons of each of the 20 family members, a challenge that pushed me to finish the project just in time for Christmas.
After the whole tree was complete, I split up the tree into the smaller branches of each individual family (as gifts for my aunts, uncles and parents).
The art box collection includes packaging for different art supplies. The permanent marker box was created with a template for a Heidelberg Press. The other boxes used a custom template cut and died on a Plotter Cutter machine. I wanted each box to be part of unified brand yet also communicate as a singular product.
